Planetary Healing: One Being at a Time
We gather in the Fireside Room every Tuesday night to meditate, discuss the Spirit, and offer healing and learning to how to heal.

Discipleship Practice –
Daily Prayer
Goal: To strengthen our personal relationship with God and our church through the Holy Spirit and Jesus in daily prayer.
Objectives:
A. All people are encouraged to spend time each day in talking with God.
B. To lift up our church so that we may have Jesus Christ as our leader.
C. To remember those in our church and community who are in need of help.
D. To remember those in our church and community who are a blessing.
E. To thank God for all the good things and good people in our lives
F. To know that God is present and acts in our daily lives.
Application:
A. All members and friends of the church can pray daily to God.
B. Prayers should be said at a time of day where we are awake and alert.
C. Distractions should be minimalized as much as possible.
D. We should use the daily prayer of the church and other resources to guide our prayers.
E. Prayers can be done individually, as a couple, and even as a family.
Practicing our Spirituality
Breathe:
Slowly breathe in through your nose on a 4 count.
Hold for a 4 count.
Slowly release your breath through your mouth for a 4 count.
Hold for a 4 count.
